Group Human Rights Policy

Concordia Financial Group recognizes that respect for human rights is one of its most important responsibilities. We respect the human rights of our customers and all other stakeholders, and we aim to be a financial group trusted by our customers and indispensable to the community.

1.Respect for International Norms

We respect international norms such as the International Bill of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the Children's Rights and Business Principles.
Furthermore, we comply with the laws and regulations of the countries and regions in which we operate. In the event of a conflict between internationally recognized human rights and local laws and regulations, we seek ways to respect internationally recognized human rights principles.

2.Scope of Application

This policy applies to all officers and employees of the Concordia Financial Group.
We also expect all stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to understand the essence of this policy and to comply with it.

3.Commitment to Respect Human Rights

We do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, birth, social status, belief, age, disabilities, physical characteristics, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, or health status, nor do we tolerate sexual harassment, bullying, or any other form of harassment, or human rights violations such as forced labor and child labor.
We work to eliminate and abolish all forms of discrimination in hiring and employment, and we respect the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
In addition, in accordance with the Labor Standards Law and other laws and regulations, we strive to avoid overwork and reduce overtime, to create a workplace where employees can work in a healthy and safe manner, and to pay wages at or above the minimum wage.

4.Human Rights Due Diligence

We strive to prevent or mitigate negative impacts on human rights through our human rights due diligence.

5.Remedies

We take appropriate action to remedy the situation in the event that it becomes clear that any of our officers or employees, or any of the products or services we provide, has caused or participated in any negative impact on human rights.

6.Governance

The board of directors oversees our human rights efforts.

7.Dialogue with Stakeholders

In our efforts based on this policy, we strive to improve and to strengthen our efforts to respect human rights through dialogue and consultation with relevant stakeholders.

8.Educational Activities

To assist in the resolution of any issues regarding human rights, we engage in human rights education activities to deepen the knowledge and understanding of human rights of each of our officers and employees.
