  • Customer address, location, name, date of establishment, contact information including telephone number, type of business,transaction status, and other basic information
  • Information on products and services transacted with Group companies
  • Information related to finances, credit management, and risk management
  • Other information obtained through transactions etc. and other information received from customers

3. Purposes of sharing of information

  • Joint research and development related to financial products and services
  • Proposals and guidance concerning financial products and services for individual customers*, and determination of the appropriateness of said proposals and guidance

5. Contact desk to discontinue sharing

Customers who wish to discontinue the sharing of their corporate information are asked to make a request to the contact desks at the transacting departments of companies with which the company has dealings.
Sharing will be promptly discontinued upon request by a customer. However, a separate procedure will be required if the customer has already submitted the written document "Agreement on the Mutual Provision of Information".
Even after discontinuation of sharing has been requested, the discontinuation will not apply to sharing that is necessary for the purpose of compliance with laws and regulations or for other purposes of internal management.
