Article 3(Strict Compliance with Laws and Regulations)
Our group is committed to strict compliance with laws and regulations and engages in honest and fair corporate activities.
Article 4(Communication with Society)
Our group actively, effectively, and fairly discloses information related to management and other areas. Through constructive dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders, we strive to enhance our corporate value and ensure understanding and trust from society by conducting highly transparent management.
Article 5 (Respect for Human Rights)
Our group respects the human rights of all individuals.
Article 6 (Diverse Talent Engagement and a Safe, Healthy Workplace)
Our group strives to implement systems and work styles that enable each employee, with their diverse values and lifestyles, to maximize their potential. We are also committed to creating a workplace environment where employees can work safely and healthily.

Our group actively provides fields and opportunities that respond to each employee's desire for growth, supporting their proactive career development. Additionally, through participation in financial education and other initiatives, we contribute to enhancing society's financial literacy.

Our group firmly confronts antisocial forces and is committed to thoroughly severing any relationships with them. We also strive to enhance measures against money laundering, terrorist financing, and the proliferation financing.

- We do not maintain any relationships whatsoever with antisocial forces or other organized crime groups.

- We actively engage in activities aimed at addressing various social issues.
